Meet Our Recruitment Team

A Letter from our Rush Chairs

Dear Potential New Members,

We are absolutely thrilled to serve as Alpha Chi Omega’s Recruitment Chairs for this year! Along with the rest of the chapter, we are busy preparing for August, and we cannot wait to welcome every one of you into our home! We are so excited for you to experience the love we share at Alpha Chi Omega.

Ever since we came into Alpha Chi during recruitment, our lives have been changed for the better. The countless memories and laughs we share will never be forgotten, but most importantly, the bonds created within this house are truly something that is so special and unique to each of our experiences here at UA. In Alpha Chi, you will meet your lifelong friends, your greatest encouragers, and the girls who will inspire you to grow and get involved, all while loving you every step of the way. While each member brings a variety of interests and diversity to our chapter, our shared commitment to each other and this house is something that we hope is evident during your recruitment experience.

Very soon, we will be welcoming in MC ‘25 to our sisterhood, and we could not be more excited. Each one of us has found our home here at Alpha Chi, and we cannot wait to share it with all of you.

Only the Best Will Do,

Anna & Maggie

My name is Acelen Hart and I am a freshman from Jonesboro, Arkansas majoring in Elementary Education. The moment I stepped into Alpha Chi, I was met with an overwhelming sense of love. I instantly knew that I could call this place my home away from home. The authenticity and excitement that filled the room the first day of recruitment is what drew me so close. Each girl in this chapter has such a positive light that shines so bright. I am pushed daily to be the best version of myself, while being surrounded with the most uplifting girls. Being a part of such an intentional sisterhood, where you are constantly being poured into, has been one of my biggest blessings. I could not be more thankful for this chapter!!

My name is Anna Rogers (MC ‘24) and I am from Longview, TX!! Alpha Chi has genuinely made my freshman year of college 10x better!! With the all excitement from bid day when everyone greeted me with a “welcome home” hug and a HUGE smile to learning about all of the values of Alpha Chi with my new sisters during the new member process. On my worst days, I will always have a sister by my side giving me words of encouragement. On my best days, I will always have people cheering in my corner. The girls of Alpha Chi Omega are dependable, selfless, and kind. I would not trade a single moment being a member of Alpha Chi for anything!!

I am Allie Anne Lekai, in MC '24, and I am from Brentwood, TN. Alpha Chi Omega has made my transition into college life not only easy, but truly unforgettable. Running home to Alpha Chi is a memory I will forever hold so dear to my heart and I did not realize how much Alpha Chi would help me become the person I am today.  The friendships I have made from bid day, through the new member process, and beyond have been so special and will last me a lifetime. I have the most special place to call my home and I am so thankful for everything Alpha Chi has done for me and will continue to do for me during the rest of my time at the University of Alabama.
